🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve complex customer technical issues through deep-dive troubleshooting.
• Proactively identify escalations and advocate for customer needs.
• Author technical content like knowledge base articles and guides.
• Lead development of internal tools and processes for product areas.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in a senior customer-facing technical role.
• 3+ years experience with a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, or Docker.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
