💼 About This Role

You'll provide day-to-day IT support in a fast-paced SaaS environment, managing macOS and Windows systems. Your role ensures seamless employee onboarding and technology operations. This position offers the chance to grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as main point of contact for IT issues in mixed macOS/Windows environment.
  • Perform new hire setups including account creation and workstation configuration.
  • Maintain IT ticketing queue and oversee software licenses.
  • Act as backup IT system administrator.

📋 Requirements

  • Power-user level experience on macOS and Microsoft Windows.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Proficiency with a ticketing system.
  • Ability to manage an interrupt-driven workload.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of collaboration platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
  • Experience supporting Android and iOS devices.
