💼 About This Role

You'll join our Pennsylvania recycling operation as a Technician/Machine Operator on the 2nd shift. You'll operate shredding/grinding/cleaning machines and unload/load trailers to ensure smooth daily operations. This role offers a structured tier advancement program with pay increases in your first year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate, maintain, and set up shredding/grinding/cleaning machines.
• Calibrate probes and monitor PH of processed waste.
• Clear jams and clean machines daily with maintenance team.
• Load and unload trailers and maintain work area cleanliness.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate large precision shop machinery.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Willing to consent to pre-employment screenings and random drug tests.
