💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in the greater Denver area, as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Your core impact is helping clients achieve independent living through individualized intervention plans and environmental adaptations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of functional status and ADL performance.
• Develop and revise individualized occupational therapy intervention plans.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.

📋 Requirements

• Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
