💼 About This Role

You'll own end‑to‑end sales & service operations for Toyota's new energy management services for EV owners, coordinating dealers, contractors, and internal teams. You'll design scalable workflows, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality customer experiences in an ambiguous, fast‑changing environment. This role supports Toyota's transformation into a mobility company and reports to the Lead of Product Management Energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day‑to‑day operations from pre‑sales through post‑installation follow‑up.
• Define and track key operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Review and challenge contractors' quotations from technical and economic perspectives.
• Lead responses to complex customer and dealer escalations.
• Design and maintain SOPs and guidelines to standardize workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in operations, service delivery, or sales operations in energy, construction, or infrastructure.
• Experience with external partners such as installers, dealers, or OEMs.
• Ability to design and standardize operational processes and SOPs.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese; conversational proficiency in English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with residential energy equipment (solar PV, V2H, home batteries).
• Certifications in electrical systems or energy equipment.
• Experience working in large organizations in Japan and navigating internal processes.
