🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sales floor and oversee daily operations as Manager on Duty.

• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Maintain merchandise stock levels and visual standards.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
