You'll train, coach, and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a small patient caseload in home health settings across northeast Massachusetts. Your core impact is ensuring clinicians deliver exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients. This role offers a unique blend of clinical education and direct patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Train, coach, and mentor newly hired nurses one-on-one
• Use head-to-toe assessment skills to identify subtle changes
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits

📋 Requirements

• Current nursing license in good standing in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• At least one year of recent hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population

• Previous Medicare Certified Home Health experience
• OASIS documentation experience
