You'll define the future of AI-powered healthcare as a fullstack engineer on a cross-functional team. You'll own product features from ideation to launch, working with ML researchers to deploy cutting-edge AI into clinical care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship AI-enabled care experiences
• Work with ML research team to integrate AI/LLM techniques into clinical care
• Improve physician-facing care platform with AI tooling
• Architect scalable backend systems for health data ingestion and integrations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production software
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis
• Experience building at scale for hundreds of thousands of users
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts

• 2+ years at startups or growth companies
• Experience with React Native
• Excitement for AI applications
