• Shape, govern, and evolve the design language across products.
• Partner with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Guide teams in using the design system effectively.
• Integrate emerging trends like generative UI into the system roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in systems design and product design.
• Proven track record of shipping design patterns scaled to millions of users.
• Experience with various engagement models (centralized, embedded).
• Ability to bridge design intent and technical execution with engineers.
