You'll lead the zero-to-one expansion into Italy for a B2G SaaS platform, closing strategic deals with local authorities. Your core impact: build pipeline, close contracts, and lay the foundation for a scalable team. Expect a ramp-up at HQ in Paris and milestones from โฌ250k to โฌ400k ARR.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and convert B2G pipeline through complex SaaS sales cycles
- Close 8+ contracts to achieve โฌ250k ARR target
- Adapt sales playbook to Italian market, refining messaging and methods
- Manage 9-month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
๐ Requirements
- 5-7+ years experience in complex sales with 6+ month cycles
- Proven track record of deals >โฌ30k and annual targets >โฌ250k
- Full operational proficiency in Italian and English
- Experience as first commercial hire or country opener preferred
