💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the lifecycle of hardware and software assets across Crusoe Cloud Data Center deployments. You'll ensure accurate inventory tracking, proactive license management, and deep visibility into compute, networking, and storage environments. This role stands out for its focus on high-value AI infrastructure and energy-first approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Record inbound and outbound asset movements with carrier and delivery dates
• Maintain clear view of all assets in transit, staging, or deployed
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Prepare shipment status reports and asset movement summaries

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience
• Deep technical familiarity with Data Center BOMs (servers, GPUs, switches)
• Proven track record managing enterprise software agreements and warranties
• Proficiency in ITAM software (Acumatica, ServiceNow, Flexera, or Snipe-IT)

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional certification such as CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM, or ITIL
• Experience managing assets in a hyperscale AI or HPC environment
• Proficiency in scripting or automation (Python, SQL)
