You'll generate leads by managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments for window replacement consultations. Your core impact is driving sales through uncapped commission structure. This remote role offers paid training and advancement opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Dial out to up to 30 homeowners per hour
• Document and track all set appointments accurately
• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Multitask through various systems

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
• Must live in Knoxville to be considered
