Description

You will help scale Roku's experimentation platform by implementing robust statistical methods, building self-serve tooling, and establishing experimentation best practices across the company. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• PhD in quantitative field with 2+ years experience or Master's with 5+ years equivalent practical experience
• Deep knowledge of statistics, probability, and machine learning techniques
• Hands-on experience with experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker

Responsibilities

• Own the experimentation roadmap for Core Analytics in partnership with Product and Engineering
• Define statistical analysis standards for experiments, ensuring robust results with minimal bias
• Lead design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests using Bayesian inference and causal methods
• Develop data pipelines to power automation, validation, and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data science initiatives with organizational goals
