💼 About This Role

You'll help enterprise customers build scalable production applications using Adaptive Engine, bridging the gap from proof-of-concept to production. You'll build synthetic data pipelines and leverage reinforcement learning to specialize LLMs for real-world deployment. This early role offers impact shaping our product and research.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with customers to maximize value of Adaptive Engine.
• Experiment with pipelines to personalize models at scale.
• Own problems end-to-end from ideation to production.
• Work with research staff to productionize frontier initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Python programming for prototyping and production.
• 4-8+ years of technical consulting experience.
• M.Sc./Ph.D. in CS or equivalent ML experience.
• Experience deploying machine learning models to production.

• Experience with reinforcement learning.
• Background in generative AI or LLMs.
