• Proficiency in Anaplan model-building
• Japanese language proficiency preferred

• Communicate platform updates and educate customers on new features
• Partner with Customer Success to identify at-risk accounts and design re-engagement strategies
• Deliver product demos, hands-on training, and enablement sessions
• Develop scalable adoption resources like guides and FAQs
• Analyze feedback and usage data to improve adoption strategies
