You'll lead school-wide culture initiatives using restorative practices and trauma-informed approaches. You'll analyze behavior data and mentor students to support their academic and social-emotional growth.

• Build trusting relationships with and among all students

• Facilitate restorative conferences and circles
• Coordinate school-wide events and community meetings

• Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or related field
• Experience with restorative practices interventions
