You'll serve as a senior technical expert in coastal and wetland ecology for litigation support. You'll lead defensible scientific analyses and expert witness services on complex legal cases. This role combines deep ecology expertise with leadership to drive business development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consulting support for expert witness testimony and litigation.
• Lead development of defensible technical analyses for coastal ecology and NRDAs.
• Prepare and review expert reports and technical memoranda.
• Serve as technical contact for attorneys and regulators on complex cases.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Science or related field.
• 10 years of experience in litigation support or natural resource damage assessment.
• Demonstrated experience as a litigation consultant or supporting technical expert.
• Strong record of technical report preparation under tight deadlines.

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD preferred.
• Recognized credibility as a testifying expert in federal or state litigation.
• Experience with government agencies and law firms on high-profile litigation.
