You'll lead design outcomes and people across a complex product domain at ROLLER, blending hands-on design execution, people leadership, and strategic influence. You'll shape design strategy, guide teams through ambiguity, and ensure quality design impacts over 100 million guest experiences annually.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Product Designer in a complex, scaling product environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, user-centered design, and impact at scale
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and make pragmatic trade-offs
• Experience coaching and developing other designers
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering)

• Lead design strategy and execution across a complex product domain
• Coach and develop designers, raising quality and consistency
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape vision and make trade-offs
• Own design outcomes for ticketing, point of sale, self-service, memberships, kiosks, and digital waivers
• Evolve design systems and influence design operations across the business
