  • Manage high-volume interactions via phone, chat, email, and social media.
  • Resolve complex inquiries regarding orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Guide customers through purchasing process with accurate calculations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and Zoom for seamless support.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify backend for order lookups and returns.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong basic math skills for calculating discounts and price adjustments.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a remote, voice-based customer support role.
  • Familiarity with Zoho, Aircall, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using collaboration tools like Slack and Notion.
