๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage high-volume interactions via phone, chat, email, and social media.
- Resolve complex inquiries regarding orders, returns, and refunds.
- Guide customers through purchasing process with accurate calculations.
- Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and Zoom for seamless support.
๐ Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Shopify backend for order lookups and returns.
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong basic math skills for calculating discounts and price adjustments.
โจ Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a remote, voice-based customer support role.
- Familiarity with Zoho, Aircall, and Google Workspace.
- Experience using collaboration tools like Slack and Notion.
