You'll own the strategy and execution of Found's paid acquisition engine across search, social, CTV, and affiliate channels. Your core impact is ensuring every dollar brings in the right self-employed customer who will activate and grow with Found. You'll collaborate with creative, product marketing, and data teams to build a brand-aligned paid program.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own strategy and execution across all paid channels
  • Manage budget allocation to hit CPA and activation targets
  • Build and iterate campaigns with a bias for testing
  • Lead audience strategy including prospecting and retargeting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across at least three channels
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or Looker
  • Experience managing meaningful spend on Google Ads and Meta

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Fintech or financial services experience
  • Familiarity with compliance constraints in regulated industries
