Description
As a Restaurant Partnerships Director, you'll own a territory in Manhattan and Brooklyn, partnering with fine dining and upscale restaurants to design offers that drive new customer acquisition. You'll build consultative relationships with owners, GMs, and chefs, manage the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to close, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success.
Requirements
- 2+ years field sales experience in food tech, hospitality tech, restaurant services, or SMB sales
- NYC-based with ability to be out in territory daily
- Natural relationship-builder comfortable cold-walking into restaurants
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with hunter mentality
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a curated territory of fine dining and upscale full-service restaurants across Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Build consultative relationships with restaurant owners, GMs, and executive chefs
- Partner with restaurants to design exclusive experiential offers, Chef's Tables, off-menu tastings, private dining events
- Drive full sales cycle from cold prospecting to close, including walk-in prospecting and in-person presentations
- Develop strategic territory plan with consistent pipeline management in Salesforce
