You will lead a cross-functional team to scale and evolve the Compute Platform, focusing on inventory, tooling, and lifecycle management across bare-metal, VMs, and Kubernetes. You'll balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, ensuring reliable data and tooling to support decision-making at scale.
Requirements
- 3+ years as Engineering Manager leading diverse engineers
- Strong hands-on coding experience; Golang preferred
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenStack, VMs, and containers
- Proven focus on platform stability, resilience, and observability
- Data-driven decision-making with CI/CD experience
Responsibilities
- Stay hands-on with system design and code, providing mentorship
- Build and lead a cross-functional team with agile practices
- Drive research, design, and delivery of inventory and compute platform tooling
- Oversee roadmap, delivery, reliability, and operational outcomes
