💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled home health speech therapy to patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing needs. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you'll evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders. This role offers flexible scheduling with small coverage areas and autonomy in patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled services for breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders
• Educate patients and advocate as part of the interdisciplinary care team
• Collaborate with the Case Manager on patient care plans

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
