You'll build and lead the legal function at a venture-backed AI startup , partnering with executive leadership on strategy. You'll own commercial contracts, data privacy, corporate governance, and employment matters. This role offers the chance to shape legal operations in a high-growth Series A company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead legal strategy and advise executive team on risks and opportunities
• Own and negotiate commercial contracts (SaaS, reseller, partnerships)
• Manage compliance, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and security matters
• Handle corporate governance, equity, and fundraising support

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of legal experience with law firm and in-house mix
• Deep experience drafting and negotiating SaaS commercial agreements
• Admitted to practice in relevant jurisdiction or authorized in-house
• Proven ability to work independently in a high-growth startup environment
