🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct technical analysis for medium-to-large multi-service projects.
• Implement robust testing strategies and oversee gradual rollouts.
• Proactively resolve and anticipate technical blockers.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with Java and microservices.
• Proven technical leadership in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Structured communication and documentation skills.
