You'll represent individual workers in cases against governments, unions, and employers concerning compulsory unionism. You'll draft briefs, conduct legal research, and participate in litigation before federal agencies and courts. This role offers the chance to work on key Supreme Court cases and expand worker rights through strategic litigation.

📋 Requirements
