💼 About This Role

You'll represent individual workers in cases against governments, unions, and employers concerning compulsory unionism. You'll draft briefs, conduct legal research, and participate in litigation before federal agencies and courts. This role offers the chance to work on key Supreme Court cases and expand worker rights through strategic litigation.

📋 Requirements

• Bar admission (or plan to take bar in summer 2026 for law students)
• Strong legal writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Commitment to the Right to Work principle
