💼 About This Role

You'll join the wire and cable termination team at First Electronics Corporation, specializing in custom cable assemblies for military and harsh environments. Your work will directly impact electrical integrity and customer satisfaction. You'll receive hands-on training in IPC-620 standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Remove wire insulation and tin wires using a heat gun
• Crimp contacts onto wires with proper tools
• Insert wires into connectors using insertion tools
• Check electrical continuity with a low-voltage buzzer

📋 Requirements

• Ability to understand and carry out work instructions
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• IPC-620 cable manufacturing experience preferred

• Experience with solder sleeves and heat shrink
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams
