Description

You will drive the operating cadence and improve planning rigor for the SIPS, Member, and Crypto marketing teams. You'll structure complex problems, build business cases, and create executive-ready presentations to support leadership decisions. This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Business Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech
• Expertise building executive presentations
• Strong analytical skills for financial models and business cases
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office

• Produce data-driven analyses and executive-ready communications
• Track innovation from concept through launch
• Own business reporting, budgeting, and forecast support
• Run operating rhythms and culture-building initiatives
