💼 About This Role

You'll develop, validate, and optimize injection molding processes to produce high-quality parts efficiently. You'll lead mold setup, troubleshooting, and mentor junior technicians. This role offers the chance to work with digital manufacturing leaders and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and start injection molds using scientific molding practices.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex molding processes.
• Inspect parts and make decisions to ensure quality requirements.
• Mentor associate technicians on setup and processing techniques.

📋 Requirements

• 4-year technical degree or 8+ years equivalent experience.
• 8+ years as Injection Mold or Mold Process Technician.
• Advanced knowledge of decoupled molding techniques and engineering resins.
• In-depth understanding of machine process control and mold design.

✨ Nice to Have

• RJG or Paulsen Training certification.
• CAD experience and plastic flow analysis.
• Experience with design for manufacturability.
