Description

You will own the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and collections, ensuring the integrity of receivable balances and COGS recording for both domestic and APAC entities. This role is critical to maintaining cash flow visibility and revenue recognition accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (private or public company)
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and AR-specific processes
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

• Issue accurate and timely invoices
• Apply cash daily and maintain clean AR ledger
• Manage collections cadence and reduce DSO
• Complete AR reconciliations and month-end close tasks
• Support APAC entity accounting operations
