You'll manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in a primary care setting. You'll deliver seamless in-office and virtual care as part of a team transforming healthcare. This role offers continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with in-office and virtual teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and tele-health visits
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
• State licensed in Maryland before start date
