Description

As a Sales Development Representative at MasterControl, you'll work with sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and qualification through proactive outbound prospecting, lead activity management, and nurturing leads from inception through qualification before transitioning them to Regional Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-quality opportunities
  • Conduct account research to identify key decision-makers and generate interest
  • Perform outbound calling and prospecting to drive lead generation
  • Manage inbound lead activities with timely follow-up to campaigns
  • Qualify leads and ensure smooth hand-off to sales team with accurate information
