💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to shape product direction through rigorous analysis and experimentation. You'll own metrics, instrumentation, and experimentation to drive high-quality decisions and uncover growth opportunities. This role operates autonomously to ensure a robust analytical foundation for your product area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end analytical discovery and root-cause analysis
• Produce narrative-driven analysis that shapes product decisions
• Design tracking plans and ensure correct instrumentation implementation
• Lead design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years in product analytics or growth analytics
• Proven track record influencing product roadmaps with data
• Expert SQL and fluency with Snowflake or equivalent
• Strong experimental design and statistical analysis skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with event-based instrumentation platforms
• Competence with Looker, Metabase, or similar visualization tools
• Experience with CUPED or Bayesian methods
