Requirements
- 5+ years in high-volume operations with 3+ years people supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience managing frontline teams and delivering structured coaching
- Comfortable managing production targets, SLAs, and quality standards
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workflow for partner coordination queues to meet SLAs and quality standards
- Monitor queue volumes, reallocate work, track attendance, and escalate staffing gaps
- Perform quality checks and ensure process and compliance adherence
- Supervise hourly specialists: set performance expectations, conduct 1:1s, provide coaching
- Support onboarding, training, and corrective action processes
