💼 About This Role

You'll own and manage the services P&L for a NICE partner, driving forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning. Your core impact is optimizing employee utilization and project margins across delivery teams. This role stands out for its focus on resource management and training program development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage services P&L including revenue, cost, and margin performance
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for services delivery
• Monitor project financials and take corrective action to protect margins
• Develop and track KPIs such as gross margin and billable utilization

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of P&L and project accounting experience
• 3+ years working with project margins and utilization for a SaaS company
• 2 years of project management experience with budget responsibility
• Experience creating and presenting to executive level stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management or Accounting
• Experience with Changepoint is a plus
