• Lead and grow engineering teams for SyncSketch and SpeedTree
• Drive improvements in team efficiency and delivery predictability
• Partner with Product, Sales, and customers on roadmap priorities
• Foster an inclusive, high-trust team culture

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering impactful products
• Film or VFX industry experience and understanding of creative workflows
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS products
• Track record of improving team effectiveness through agile methodologies

• Knowledge of or experience with Unity
• Experience with products or pipelines in animation, virtual production, real-time 3D, or game development
