You'll define and execute the product vision for HHAeXchange's enterprise data platform, ensuring data accuracy and trust across clinical and financial workflows. You'll champion AI-driven innovation, translating complex requirements into clear product decisions. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations, with a focus on data governance and AI enablement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product roadmap for enterprise data platform
• Partner with domain PMs to align data structures with workflows
• Prioritize data requirements for AI-driven features
• Collaborate with engineering on data services and APIs

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management in healthcare IT (RCM, EHR, or payer-provider)
• Understanding of claims workflows, clinical documentation, and reimbursement
• Experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics applied to healthcare data
• Familiarity with data platforms (data warehouses, lakehouses) and reporting tools
