🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and follow up with promoter teams across points of sale.
• Conduct store visits to evaluate performance and goal compliance.
• Train promoters on sales techniques and fraud prevention.
• Monitor promotions, campaigns, and regional activations.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience supervising sales teams or promoters.
• Experience in retail, telecommunications, or technology.
• Intermediate Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM skills.
• Availability to travel frequently within the region.
