🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and career website.
• Conduct market research to identify talent pools and trends.
• Screen candidates and assess fit before passing to TA Managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program seeking a 6-month internship.
• Native level in French and fluent in English.
• Highly organized and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills for phone and video calls.
