💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercial electrical projects for Freedom Power, a whole-house energy provider. You'll oversee installation crews, ensure safety and quality, and drive energy empowerment for homeowners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and organize people, equipment, and materials for safe construction.
• Maintain accurate records including job quantities, timesheets, and daily reports in Procore.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety regulations.
• Monitor crew compliance with company policies.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of construction experience required.
• Active Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
• Ability to travel and work weekends/overtime.
• Valid Driver's License and OSHA 10 certification.

• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
