💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the on-site operational leader for the Kingston Taiwan location, overseeing cross-functional coordination between Kingston and EverPure. You'll drive supply chain and project execution while managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless business operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as on-site escalation point for operational issues.
• Lead daily operations and ensure stable production output.
• Manage on-site project execution and track milestones.
• Drive procurement and supplier management activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements (Lean, Kaizen).

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in supply chain operations or manufacturing.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting.
