Description

You will lead and grow a team of Strategic sellers to transform operations of Fortune 500 industrial manufacturers, driving revenue growth and scaling customer base. As a player/coach, you'll develop strategies, execute plays, and iterate on GTM strategy while mentoring Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years selling innovation/new technology to VP and above buyers
  • 5+ years managing high-performing Strategic Sales teams
  • Experience at SaaS companies between $5M-$50M ARR with $1M+ deal sizes and 6-12 month sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of technology sales: team selling, multi-stakeholder selling, ABM/ABS
  • Available to travel 30% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Grow, develop, manage, and coach an Account Executive team to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Create a results-driven and collaborative culture to motivate the team
  • Develop strategy and execute plays for penetrating new logos and expanding existing accounts
  • Build and implement infrastructure, process, and systems to improve sales operations
  • Monitor sales forecasting, reporting, and metrics; iterate on GTM strategy with leadership
