🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent MPE teams in program and mission development meetings
• Monitor progress and communicate changes in priorities and risks
• Enforce best practices in deliverable tracking using Jira and Confluence
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement automated solutions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical program/project management experience
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Experience facilitating Agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to travel at least once per quarter for cross-office collaboration

• Background in space industry or tech startups
• Experience working with international teams across time zones
• Experience with Python or automation/scripting
