💼 About This Role

You'll lead the security program for a classified facility, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and RMF. You will establish cleared operations from scratch and manage the A&A process. This role offers the opportunity to build systems at a pivotal moment for a space-based IoT company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the A&A process under RMF for classified IS
• Prepare and maintain SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, and ATO packages
• Monitor audit logs, SIEM alerts, and vulnerability scan results
• Develop and deliver annual IS security awareness training

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Minimum 10 years in DoD/IC classified environment with 5+ as ISSM
• Proficiency in eMASS or equivalent GRC tool
• IAM Level II or III certification (CISSP, CISM, GSLC)

✨ Nice to Have

• Current TS/SCI with polygraph
• Experience with SAPs or SCIFs
• Familiarity with Cross Domain Solutions
