You'll own how physicians experience Mednet across their entire journey, from verification to power user. You'll design messaging that turns visitors into engaged community members, partnering with product and medical teams to ensure every message is timely and relevant.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end physician lifecycle across onboarding, activation, engagement, re-engagement, and reactivation
- Design and build multi-channel campaigns in Braze across email, push, and in-app
- Develop segmentation strategies based on specialty, practice setting, tenure, and engagement patterns
- Build and run a continuous experimentation roadmap and translate results into a sharper program
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing experience
- Deep, hands-on Braze expertise with Canvases, Liquid, Connected Content, and event-triggered journeys
- Proven track record running email, push, and in-app programs that moved activation, retention, and engagement metrics
- Strong segmentation and audience-building instincts with comfort working alongside product and data teams

- Experience marketing to physicians, healthcare professionals, or expert/credentialed audiences
- Experience with community or user-generated content products
- Comfort in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
