💼 About This Role

You'll lead the procure-to-pay function, overseeing invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution. You'll optimize working capital and ensure compliance with internal controls. This role reports to the VP of Finance and IT and is fully onsite in Henderson, Nevada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the 3-way match process and reduce unmatched exceptions.
• Oversee T&E program migration to new platform.
• Manage payment execution via ACH, wire, check, and portals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
