Description

As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults in a value-based model, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions while coordinating with specialists. You'll work Monday-Friday with limited call, supported by a dedicated medical assistant and team.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from accredited school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Valid Texas medical license
• Experience in clinic or urgent care setting with supervision
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality healthcare including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans
• Order lab tests, imaging, and prescribe medications
• Supervise nurse practitioners (additional compensation)
• Refer patients to specialists as needed
