Description

As a BBYO Passport Trip Staff member, you will lead Jewish teens on immersive summer travel programs combining touring, community service, and meaningful Jewish experiences. You'll ensure teen safety, foster a positive group environment, and facilitate Israel connection curricula while managing fast-paced travel logistics.

Requirements

• Available for minimum 2 weeks between June 23 and August 11, 2026
• Attend mandatory staff training June 5-7, 2026
• Physically capable of extended walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with fast-paced travel, limited privacy, and shared rooms
• Flexible with dietary restrictions and varying food norms

Responsibilities

• Ensure teen safety and wellbeing with highest level of customer service
• Supervise and engage teens during all trip activities
• Facilitate Israel curriculum and meaningful Jewish experiences
• Manage logistics including transfers, luggage, and meal distribution
• Collaborate with other staff to maintain positive group dynamics
