You'll be the first point of contact for Runna users, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a smooth experience. You'll collaborate with the Customer Experience team to escalate complex problems to the Tech Team, helping to improve the app and build positive relationships with our community. This role offers a unique chance to join a fast-growing company recently acquired by Strava.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer technical queries and help users troubleshoot app issues
  • Provide fast, professional technical support via Intercom
  • Guide users to maximize their Runna app experience
  • Support colleagues via escalation channels

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience in support or technical assistance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to research solutions

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Intercom, Jira, Slack, Notion, or Google Workspace
  • Basic coding knowledge
