💼 About This Role

You'll lead high-power inverter integration for Mainspring's innovative Linear Generator, ensuring grid interconnection compliance and system stability. You'll own the product lifecycle from lab testing to fleet performance monitoring and root-cause analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Select, size, and configure industrial grid-interactive off-the-shelf inverters
• Troubleshoot and root-cause hardware issues in field, lab, or test environments
• Configure and tune inverter parameters for stable operation across modes
• Design system-level tests to validate grid-edge behaviors like LVRT

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years hands-on experience with power inverters or power conversion systems
• Troubleshooting AC power systems including waveform analysis and fault behavior
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU, CANbus, SunSpec)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in grid-scale energy project development or deployment
• Expertise in Protection & Control (P&C) with SEL or Basler relay programming
